I created this website to
help you fight debt collectors. Debt collectors file hundreds
of thousands of lawsuits every year, counting on the fact that most
of the defendants they sue cannot afford an attorney, do not know
how to defend against a lawsuit, and will never even respond,
giving the debt collector an undeserved victory that it will use to
further harass and pursue consumers. With this site, I want
to help you represent yourself in court, stand up to the debt
collector, and prevent debt collectors from preying on
you.
I am an attorney with more than sixteen years of experience litigating cases large and small in state and federal courts around the country. Recently, several people I know found themselves on the wrong side of debt collection lawsuits. Using the litigation skills I have learned over the last sixteen years, I taught these people to represent themselves and fight these lawsuits. In turn, I learned the tricks and tactics that debt collectors use and developed strategies to counter those tactics. Now, I want to share those strategies with you and help you fighht collection lawsuits, avoid default judgments, and take control.
